Returns

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Mall On Internet. You have 30 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

How to request a return

2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Wait for return instructions before shipping the item.

Items sent back without contacting us first may be delayed or refused.

Return shipping

Return-shipping costs and instructions depend on the reason for the return and the destination. We will confirm the applicable instructions when your request is reviewed. Do not send a package to a return address that has not been provided by Mall On Internet.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if it is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Include your order number and, where useful, photographs so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-returnable items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including products that are personalized, perishable, hazardous, opened where health or hygiene rules apply, or marked as final sale. Any applicable exclusions will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest option may be to request a return and place a new order after your return is approved. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Legal rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your place of residence.
