Subscription Policy

This policy applies only when Mall On Internet offers a product or service as a subscription. The product page and checkout will show whether the order is a one-time purchase or a subscription.

How subscriptions work

By choosing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the price and frequency displayed at checkout. The subscription continues until cancelled, subject to the terms shown with the offer.

Renewals and reminders

Renewal dates, prices, quantities, delivery frequency, and cancellation instructions will be shown at checkout or in account communications. Keep your email, payment, and shipping details current.

Managing or cancelling

Where a subscription-management portal is available, you may use it to manage or cancel your subscription. Otherwise, contact us before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals but may not cancel an order already processed for fulfillment.

Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, the order may be delayed, retried, paused, or cancelled according to the payment provider and the subscription terms shown at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our Returns and Refund Policy. Any special rules for a subscription offer will be displayed before purchase.

Changes

We may update product availability, pricing, or subscription terms prospectively where permitted by law. We will provide any notice required for material changes.
